If a Display advertisement is received
that needs to be re-formatted to fit one of the specified sizes above a $30.00 charge will be billed. Cancellations
must be received 45 days prior to the first of the month of publication. Receipt of copies will not be acknowledged
unless accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope or postcard. Please direct all questions to advertise@IPTLRev.com.
Bona-fide answers in envelopes no
larger than 4 x 9 inches will be forwarded first class mail (air mail overseas) to box number advertisers. Place
advertisement box number on outside of mailing envelope and mail to address below. Checks and money orders should
be payable to the "Intellectual Property & Technology Law Review." In order to cover charges and
currency exchange rates, checks and money orders for foreign accounts should be drawn on U.S. Banks and paid in
U.S. dollars. All checks and money orders not drawn on U.S. Banks must include an additional $25.00 to cover all
charges or they will not be processed. Copies for advertisements, replies to box advertisers and payments for advertisements
